International fellow Prof. Carolyn Oldham in Bayreuth

From June 5 to 29 June, Prof. Carolyn Oldham of the University of Western Australia (UWA) will stay at the Chair of Hydrology. Prof. Oldham received an International Senior Fellowship Awards from the University of Bayreuth in 2016. In Bayreuth, she will pass on experiences from her work as a delegate of the UWA in the Athena Swan model project in Australia in the Round Table Gender Equality on 7 June, and talk about her experiences in East Timor in a discussion with the "Technik ohne Grenzen" group on 13 June. She will report on her research in the Guest Lecture "Urban Hydrology" on 13 and 29 June - the lecture is designed for students from Geoecology and Environmental Chemistry, and open to everyone who is interested. Furthermore, the planning of joint teaching and research activities with scientists from BayCEER is on her agenda.
