Women in natural sciences at the University of Bayreuth

The University of Bayreuth aims at raising the number of women in engineering and natural sciences. Kavita Srivastava from India is doing her doctorate at the departments of Agroecosystem Research / Disturbance Ecology. In a video project of the Staff Division Equal Opportunities she is telling about her experiences in research and everyday life in Bayreuth.
